since I noticed stains on the towels and the overall upkeep was lacking. The location was great, being close to local attractions, which made for easy exploration during my stay. However, the amenities could use some serious improvement.

The essentials, minus the fluff

This place has a convenient location near museums and restaurants, but it’s definitely lacking in maintenance. Though the furnishings felt new, the overall cleanliness was disappointing, and I couldn't ignore the tight parking situation. Nice front desk assistance, but it’s a shame about the ongoing issues. Proceed with caution!

The King room was pretty comfy with new furnishings, and I liked the nice desk and couch. The laminate flooring looked good but already had scratches. There was decent street noise, but the HVAC helped drown it out. Parking was tight, but we didn’t move the car. Location is awesome—so many restaurants and the park across the street. A little concerned about some wear and tear, though, like the hole in the wall from lack of a door stopper. But overall an okay stay.

We explored TCL Chinese Theatre and the Dolby Theater, both a short walk away. Our room was clean and felt cozy. The location made it easy to hit up local spots, so we found plenty to keep us entertained when we weren't relaxing.

One downside was the common areas. they really need some renovations since they felt a bit run down.

The motel offers basic amenities like a fridge and microwave, which makes snacks easy. It's located near popular spots like CBS and the Farmer's Market, providing convenient access to dining and entertainment.

Limited parking availability makes finding a spot tricky, further adding to the inconveniences during the stay.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The room itself was spacious and the amenities like the microwave and refrigerator were helpful for our stay. However, the bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired, as it could really use a deep cleaning and some maintenance.

We really enjoyed our stay here, especially the cozy king room with a fridge and microwave. The nice little couch was a great bonus. I loved checking out the park across the street for some fresh air and the farmers market nearby was a treat! Just a heads up, the room could use some updates, but it didn't ruin our experience at all. 😊
